There are many benefits to being a member of a professional craft guild such as Screen Audio Ireland. You have to chance to become part of a community of like-minded people, take part in specialised training and educational workshops.

The committee reserves the right to determine Membership category based on length of industry experience. An annual subscription will be due on admission, (see Constitution for further details)

Our membership include the following grades;

Production Sound Mixer

1st Assistant Sound

2nd Assistant Sound

Sound Trainee

EFP Sound Mixer

Post Sound

If you are currently working in one of these roles, or a closely related profession, you are eligible for membership. Depending on the number of years experience you have, you will be allocated a membership category after application.

Please allow up to 10 working days for applications to be vetted.

Guild Membership is contingent on having worked in the industry, in any capacity, within the last 5 years.
